Your details stay with us
How Squeegee Bros collects, uses and looks after your details. Last updated 4 October 2026.
Who we are
Squeegee Bros is a window and aircon cleaning business in Brisbane, QLD, run by J.O Forchert & J.J Jankovic (ABN 71 469 477 645). In this policy, “we” and “us” means Squeegee Bros.
What we collect
Only what we need to quote, book and do the job:
- your name, phone number and email address
- the address or suburb of the property
- details about the job — the type of property, number of storeys, how many windows or split systems, what you want cleaned and when
- anything you choose to tell us or send us, such as photos of the windows or the aircon
How we get it
- the quote form on this website
- a form you fill in on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads — Meta passes those answers to us
- when you call, text, email or message us, or talk to us at your door
What we use it for
- to call or message you back with a quote
- to book, carry out and invoice your clean
- to remind you when your next clean is due, if you’re a regular customer
- to keep our own job and business records
We don’t sell your details. If you don’t want to hear from us again, tell us and we’ll stop.
Who else sees it
We only share your details with the services we use to run the business:
- our email provider, which delivers quote requests and quotes
- the secure online system we use to keep track of jobs, quotes and invoices
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if you contact us through one of their forms — their own privacy policy applies to what you give them
- our accountant or the tax office, when the law requires it
How we look after it
Your details are kept in password-protected accounts that only the two of us can get into. We keep job records for as long as we need them for your cleans and for our tax records, then delete them.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it — just email thesqueegeebros@outlook.com or call Jacko on 0431 649 925.
